Refund & Return Policy

Digi Cares strives to provide customers with reliable assistance and fair return services. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-day product guarantee.

Within 30 days of delivery, Digi Cares will refund the full purchase amount (excluding shipping charges) for new and unopened items. Before returning any product, customers must obtain return authorization by contacting us by email at info@digicares.store.

Incorrect or Defective Items

Digi Cares will cover return shipping costs for any incorrect or defective items shipped due to our error. Refunds are typically processed within 2–4 weeks, which includes return shipping time, authorization verification, and payment processing. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

If an incorrect or defective product is received and a replacement is requested, Digi Cares will pay for return shipping and ship the correct item using upgraded shipping at no additional cost.

Subscriptions require a 30-day notice prior to cancellation.

Electronic Delivery & License Verification

For electronically delivered products, Digi Cares verifies the product or license key with the manufacturer to confirm it has not been activated or tampered with. Once verification is successfully completed, Digi Cares will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Restocking Fees

• Open License Orders: A 15% restocking fee may apply once submitted to distribution or fulfilled.
• Retail Licenses: A 15% restocking fee may apply after fulfillment.
• Anti-Virus Products: A 25% restocking fee may apply once fulfilled.

Shipping Policy

Digi Cares ships to most locations worldwide. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions, and some items may not be eligible for international delivery.

Delivery timelines depend on destination, shipping method, and when the order was placed. Most orders ship the same business day. Estimated processing and delivery times are:

• Ground: 1–2 business days processing time; 4–10 business days for delivery
• Express Saver: 1–2 business days processing time; 2–3 business days for delivery
• Standard Overnight: 1–2 business days processing time; 1 business day for delivery

These times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability. In some cases, orders may arrive earlier than expected.

Electronic Delivery

For products marked as Electronic Delivery or Download, the required product or license key will be sent via email on the same day the order is confirmed.
